Are you feeling overwhelmed?
Yes, me too. I’m overwhelmed with the ever growing “to do” lists and the always action packed calendar.
But you know what? I know we can do it. We can finish that project we’ve been procrastinating on and start creating positively productive days and weeks.
The best thing to do, and the best way to begin, is to simply just start.
Simply just start where you are and to take those small actions to move forward. Those could be the first steps toward a new fitness program, cleaning out your overflowing email box, decluttering your closet, or simply, facing that daunting month ahead.
I believe in consistent action, small steps to take you from where you are now, to where you want to be. Jumping in all together can be overwhelming and can stop you right in your tracks, but simple, consistent daily actions will be more manageable. You’ll see the progress and be able to keep the positive momentum going.
I want to simply just start here with my first blog to help both of us get up and going and to begin progressing on those goals or projects and power the momentum toward what you really want.

Let’s follow some simple steps to get started . . .
- Identify a Goal or Project (more than likely something you’ve been putting off)
- Write it ALL down. All of it. All of the tasks, steps or actions to make that goal or project happen.
- Review the list. Delete anything that isn’t necessary and keep only the most important.
- Star or highlight one single item.
- Do it.
- Done. Check it off!
- Move to the next item on the list. Repeat.
